Disappointment with a silver lining

Well it is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you guys that Serenity will not be appearing at Busfest in just over a weeks time.

It appears that, due to the set up of the stands at the event, there is nowhere for Serenity to be displayed next to the VW Camper & Commercial stand. We are pretty devastated and feel really bad for you guys who follow us and were looking forward to seeing her and chatting to us.

Because we didn’t build Serenity to be a show bus this kind of attention was a huge surprise to us, but very welcome. David, the editor of the mag, and his fabulous staff have made us believers in the power of kindness and generosity, and for that we will always be thankful.

Serenity will continue to appear in the mag until the rest blog concludes, then you’ll have to wait for updates and adventures in the mag as we improve and adapt Serenity. And don’t forget to watch out for the feature article and any subsequent shenanigans.

Once again we apologise, and send all Serenity’s fans our heartfelt thanks for you interest and support. Hopefully we’ll see you on the road before we see you in person 🙂

It’s all about the journey…..

  1. Hello

Did i see your van yesterday 14 May at Countesswells forest near Aberdeen?

I was admiring it, very handsome.

Are u local here or on holiday?

  2. I see, well i think you did a very handsome job on the restoration / upgrade.

I am not in to campers really but i am in to cars generally and thought it was nicely modified and very tasteful hence why i googled it.

    All the best.
